For our research into public trust in advertising Credos worked with Craft research and spoke to 60 people up and down the country.
We wanted to observe how people interact with advertising in their daily lives, and get as honest a view as possible of their thoughts and opinions. They were asked to fill out diaries, talk to us on Skype, choose what they felt were good and bad adverts, and tell us why. They were interviewed and filmed at home, as well as out and about to gauge their thoughts on the advertising and environment around them.
